a real pain!!!
im having such a pain right now!!! forget bout it!~!! rite, nothing much to blog these days. i received an email from ayah reminding me about their trip to Brisbane this August. they have asked me to look for hotels, places to go, and car for rent by now. i believe he's really an organised manager. therefore, i always try to be just like him eventhough i failed at times. occay, a lil bit about management and being a manager. not only business people are managers, everyone is considered as a manager without realising it anyway. its the fact that we have to manage our time, money etc. they are 4 functions of management which are planning, organising, leading and controlling. so, in order to be an effective and successful manager, please make sure that you really understand the concept of those functions and link them to our work methods and roles. actually, its good for we people to have missions, visions, both short and long term goals, and also plans ahead. it will be a challenge to ourselves in order to obtain what we want. but i know not everything in lifes need to be planned. what a life if every single thing is scheduled and programmed. tetiba teringat a movie named The Truman Show by jim carrey. what a pity life he had after few years his life privacy has been interrupted by ppl watching him 24/7. well, i need to stop here. toodles.
