Syaitan yg direjam sedang dikurung..
Diriwayatkan dr Abu Hurairah r.a katanya, Rasulullah bersabda:
Apabila tiba bulan Ramadhan, dibuka pintu-pintu syurga dan ditutup pintu-pintu neraka serta syaitan-syaitan dibelenggu..
So, dengan siapa aku berperang semalam? Perasaan ku bergelojak.. After berbuka puasa bersama my colleagues + bosses semlm, langkahku berat sangat utk ke masjid bersolat terawih. Namun, akhirnya.. ku fikir ku tewas. Kerana kaki ku menekan laju pedal minyak terus pulang ke rumah...
Owh, perang masih berlaku sebenarnya, ku masih sedang berperang dengan diri ku sendiri..
Sesampai di rumah, housemate menegur 'tak pegi terawih di masjid mlm ni?' Masya Allah, aku baru perasan, minggu ni, hampir setiap hari aku tiada di rumah semasa waktu berbuka, hak housemate terhadapku terumbang ambing.. Lalu, Allah sedang memberi peluang utk ku tunaikan hak terhadap housemate ku..
Allah Maha Penyayang.. Ku terus tersenyum dan menjawab.. 'tak, baru balik ni. Nak solat sekali? Jom? Kita solat Isyak dan terawih berjemaah sekali ya'. Lalu dia menjawab. 'ok, kat bilik salwa la, besar sikit..' Jauh di sudut hati, ku terus bersyukur.. Ku tetap menang dalam peperangan tadi. Ramadhan bulan latihan, banyak mengajar erti peperangan (dengan nafsu/diri sendiri), Ramadhan bulan memupuk silaturrahim, platform yg baik utk start bina hubungan dengan sesiapa sahaja, atau pun mengeratkan lagi hubungan sedia ada.. Ramadhan bulan penuh keberkatan, penuh rahmat...
it's not too late to wish, marhaban ya Ramadhan...

Lesson Learnt
While driving early of the night today, I received a text msg from sahabat dikasihi bertanyakan kabar (akibat tidak datang office pagi ni).
Lesson learnt for today is, please take care of your health..
On the authority of Ibn 'Umar, radiyallahu 'anhuma, who said: The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, took me by the shoulder and said:
"Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveler/wayfarer." Ibn 'Umar used to say: "When evening comes, do not expect (to live till) morning, and when morning comes, do not expect (to live till) evening. Take from your health (a preparation) for your illness, and from your life for your death." [Riwayat Al-Bukhari]

If you ask me what is the day I like most, it would be birthdays! Be it mine, or others'.
I love birthdays.. making other people happy, and feel appreciated, is so much of fun and loves. Some people don't like knowing that she/he's growing older, but, age is truly just a number. For me, I will be the most happieest person, when knowing that today is someone's birthday and every day I will look forward to wish a person, a very happy birthday.
And yesterday, is the most meaningful day in my life EVER.
Thank you to all whom remembered.. hugs and kisses to all!
I am touched until now, knowing that a lot actually remembered.
I am growing man! No more twenty-two year old executive, the youngest executive working in MLNG processing plant. From now onwards, I will learn to be more independent, less clumsy, and thinking more about future.
Happy 23rd birthday, Salwa...

I hit a car today at Sungai Besi Toll. Unfortunately.
Today, again.. aku menghargai persahabatan kerana Allah..
It's Kimah's car, her mom's. Kata Kimah, Allah nak menguji persahabatan kita,
dan akhirnya, dia berlapang dada.. kerana ukhuwah fillah...
Ku bersyukur padamu Allah,
Moga Kau tetapkan hati-hati kami dalam agama Mu..

Back in KL for few outstanding items to settle. Took a long leave, until 9th. Jazakillah Fazz for temaning me the whole day yesterday. I managed to settle all the things that I have planned to. By the way, a lot of things I've learned while being together with Fazz semalam.
- sahabat fillah will do anything for u, for the cause of Him
- Planning to fail is better than failing to plan
- Walk the talk- As Saff: 2-3
Again a reminder to myself and others. We have committed to something, which definitely brings you closer to Allah, so please please, walk the talk. Am afraid that kita jadi cakap tak serupa bikin. Go Salwa Go!

today, I was so happy, tertunai impian to meet the former brissies, not all managed to come, but at least there were some :) we had lunch at nandos today, purposely to recall the same place back in brisbane. haha. how funny, but nandos today tasted really good. anyways, had such a really super great time, catching up, updating each other, and lots more. Actually, it's quite impossible to gather everyone back, since everyone has different commitment and responsibility. I am thankful anyway, for the keberkatan masa. Within 3 days i spent in Tower 1 for my training, I did manage to catch up with quite a number of ppl. Happy sgt2. Next time, I will try to catch the others that I missed out.
Unfortunately, this time wouldn't be able to meet any of beloved tkcian peeps.
Wish all of you are in klcc, can meet everyone in one go :D But, I will make time to meet u girls soon insya Allah. When I come home again for hols, not work. :)
Ok all, have a good weekend. I am gonna have one, going back tomorrow to Bintulu.
Wassalam.

Lately, always have opportunity to come back home. Alhamdulillah. Actually, I was on official travelling most of the time. Attending meetings, or training session, having groupwide discussion, standardisation etc. This time, I have to sit for a test on current SAP system (a system used to monitor financial transactions) that has been modified. Work is fun at times. But at the moment, I am still in the learning stage, a lot more things to learn, and korek from the experienced ones. I have to enjoy what I am doing right now, if not, it's worthless. I admit at times, works cracked your brain, pissed you off, and increased your blood pressure. haha. That makes me missing myself being a student. When I browsed my photo album just now, I suddenly found this pic of my room when I lived in Cromwell College during my 2nd year.

Wah, I was quite organised before. Actually, I am still. But, things get messy when you have piles of documents/works to finish after. Lama-lama, jadi huru hara. Filing ntah ke mana, apa ntah ke mana. Haha. Nways, can't wait to become a student again, it will be next year insya Allah. But, definitely it will be different from last time. Dulu, full time student, mmg best. But now, partially executive and partially student. Can't imagine how am I going to manage my time. Pray for me.

Salam Ramadhan,
Pasti ramai tertanya-tanya, ke manakah saya menghilang. Kalau blog ni boleh merakam suara saya, ingin saya menjerit mengatakan, I MISSSSS EVERYONE, especially my blog readers..
Tanggungjawab dan komitmen yg semakin banyak, terus menghalang saya utk mengupdate my beloved blog ni. Working life, both kerja sihir dan rahib, sangat-sangat mencabar.
Apa2 pun, perjalanan hidup kita masih panjang.. Jgn putus asa, kuatkan semangat utk siapa2 yang down.. sekarang ni, musim ramadhan baru menjelma, buat saya teringat saat-saat di aussie, iftar beramai-ramai, mosque hopping during the weekends, teringat kan jacaranda yg sure tgh berbunga... huhu, rindu nye semua tu. kenangan tetap tinggal kenangan...
take care everyone, to all my friends, sahabat-sahabat di aussie, beloved tkcians, and my blog readers... love all of you because of Allah...

Assalamualaikum and selamat to all, guess where am I? I'm in a cyber cafe in Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan right now, desperately need to settle few things online such like bills, emails etc. So, I straight away take this opportunity to update my dear blog, after a while ignoring it. :D Actually, for your information, I'm having an induction course for Petronas new executives right now. It will last in few days je lagi. I have actually been away from Bintulu for nearly two months, stuck with this program. But, yeah, I learnt a lot anyway, siapa sangka seorang eksekutif akaun will know how to handle a valve in the real field. Lilinda, saya belaja banyak pasal chemical engineer's job scope, I know how susah it is.
Given some time, I would really wanna write some more, there's a lot to share and tell. But time doesn't permit as usual, I have to end here.
Deniseee, thanx for calling. Rindu ku terubat...
Leen, Mas, Aiza, Shazlin, Dila, Fatin, Itot, Nadia QUT dan ramai lagi... really missing all of you... really! Please take care of yourself..
Wassalam.

Adapting to new everything
Assalamualaikum, I miss all of you seriously! Afwan sgt2 for leaving my blog static for quite some time. One thing about working with Petronas, not everyone is allowed to have access to internet. :D Nways, for everyone's info, im now already in Bintulu. Working, living, and settling down. Being here for the first time is quite strange for me, of course, I've been sent here, alone. Unlike some other new executives reported for duty earlier, they at least have been accompanied by one or two other new execs as well. But, I'm the one and only salwa bee. If im not Salwa, I would not have taken the challenge to come here. Far away from family and my beloved az-zahra and colleagues. I have tried my best to adapt with the environment, and situation. Alhamdulillah, I managed to do it. The feeling is more or less the same when I first arrived in Oz. You know no one, you are blending into new environment, new people, new culture etc. Kalau dkt Oz ramai org putih, kat sini of course ramai org Sarawak esp Iban. If dkt Oz they speak understandable english, here they speak bahasa Sarawak (which sgt comel). If masa mula2 pegi Oz, kita ramai2 satu batch, tapi, masa datang sini mula2, I'm all alone and now in the process of breaking the ices one by one (hehe). But, everything is interesting and exciting if u enjoy doing it. I enjoy working near to the plant (which I never imagine I will have this opportunity), I enjoy being around with local Sarawakian, listening to them speaking Sarawak, some speak Iban and Melanau accent which a bit harder to catch up what they talk about. I enjoy knowing more people, making more friends, from all sorts of ages, tua muda, executive n vice versa. MLNG has a range of warmth and welcoming staffs which I really appreciate them. And I still play netball here tau :D But, don't forget, whatever you do, the intention mestilah kerana Allah. U will find it sweet later. Overall, im happy and thankful for Allah sending me here.
Why I was sent to a deserted place called Bintulu?
There's always a reason why I was sent here. Of course, it's Allah's will. At first, mmg I kept on thinking, why I am here. Most of brissies sume dapat kerja kat klcc, in fact, all az-zahra are also attached there. Why I'm alone? I also need at least someone to support me. Bila sampai sini mula2, I was amazed or shocked I would say, majority org kat sini beragama Kristian, gereja lebih byk bersepahan dari masjid, pub lebih byk dari kedai runcit, women wearing veils can be counted by hands. That has added the flavour of awkwardness being here compared to semenanjung. Kesimpulannya, tak ramai org Islam kat sini, ataupun, tak ramai org Islam yg practising, ataupun tak ramai orang tahu tentang Islam. Disebabkan fakta2 itu lah, it awakes me up, saya jadi lebih berkobar, my spirit has become high and high. Saya jadi lebih bersemangat utk menyampaikan yg benar, dan membetulkan yg salah bila lihat keadaan sekeliling yg perlukan tenaga dan masa kita. We can't just sit, look, relax and have fun doing nothing. We have to do something. Alhamdulillah, masa saya terisi dgn aktiviti yg mendekatkan saya dan orang sekeliling kepada fitrah kita yg sebenar iaitu Islam. Ramai adik2 sekolah, dahagakan ilmu dan perlukan kita. So far so good I would say, but of course we need more people, youngsters, pemuda pemudi utk sama2 membawa masyarakat ke jalan yang satu.
Last but not least,
To all para daie out there, teruskan bekerja tak kira di mana kita berada. Memang tak dapat nak disangkal, byk cabaran terpaksa dilalui, tapi memang kita perlukan cabaran untuk menguji kita, dah kita pon pilih jalan yg jarang dilalui orang, we chose the less travelled road, so we have to get ready for the upcoming challenges.
Kpd sahabat2 di Brissy, teruskan la perjuangan kalian. Don't give up ok?
Loves lots fillah.

Salam everyone, I was so happy.Eventhough yesterday was hectic for me ( a lot of last minute things to settle), I managed to join a small Az-Zahra plus Kimah gathering planned by Fazz. Rabbit was supposed to be with us, but takdir tak menentukannya utk datang. It's ok, ada hikmahnya. Many many thanks to Fazz for your Az-Zahra's piece of art, I will bring it as a frame to Bintulu Insya Allah. Can't believe that within 3 days, I'll be flying again, but a bit nearer compared to Oz. Maybe, this will be last entry before I off to Bintulu.
A few weeks ago, alhamdulillah at last, I managed to meet my tkc close friends except one/two people. Thank you for your continuous support towards my everything. I really2 appreciate you girls!
Till then, wassalam.

Assalamualaikum dear my blog readers,
Updates?
I know it's been a while sgt2 since I last update my blog. Sorry to some of u, especially Denise, to keep u waiting for my updates. Life in negara sendiri is far far far challenging compared to in OZ. Banyak sgt2 perkara mungkar happened right in front of eyes, sadly di kalangan bangsa sendiri, or lagi lagi sedih, di kalangan orang Islam sendiri. Tapi, we can't give up, teruskan usaha2 membentuk individu Muslim yang baik, dan di samping tu, menghalang diri sendiri utk ditarbiyah dgn anasir2 jahat juga. Ish, saya cakap betul, bahaya sgt2 kalau balik Malaysia ni, tak buat apa or being alone. Cepat sgt boleh leka, entertainment je keliling kita, mmg boleh melalaikan. But, alhamdulillah, Allah kurniakan kekuatan utk saya.
Masalah umat?
Kita anak sulung, of course menjd harapan family. Pelbagai dugaan saya hadapi sebaik saja pulang ke sini. Alhamdulillah syukur, ayah dan mak dah paham ttg matlamat dan keinginan saya, mereka tiada halang utk saya teruskan apa yg saya nak buat. Cuma, dugaan lebih kuat dtg bila salah seorg adik saya turut mengalami masalah sosial or akhlak or maybe more serious than that if I would say. This is not our family's problem, but this is society's problem. Masalah umat yg sgt2 serius sedang berlaku dlm negara kita. Just imagine, they are just in high school, tapi diorg terdedah dgn a lot of unexpected activities kat luar sana. This is what's happening in this so called 'negara maju 2020'. I believe, Malaysia mampu mencapai status tu, tapi mcm mana dengan masyarakat, remaja yang bakal jd future leaders. Negara maju, masyarakat hancur? Skrg ni, i'm in the process to slowly membentuk adik dan kawan-kawannya. And I preach to everyone, especially pemuda pemudi, please think of this masalah umat, and sama-sama lah kita berusaha, sekurang-kurangnya berdoa. Jzkk.
Dear friends,
Kerja?
Alhamdulillah, I've got a job with Petronas already. I'll start work on 1st March officially. Thank you for all the wishes, really2 appreciate that. :) Today, just wanna share with everyone, I was only an average student at university before. My overall result was average. I now own a degree in Accounting (3 years course without honours program). Compared to some other students, ada yang dapat 1st Class Honours, ada yang Dean's List every semester etc. Some people might think, it's unfair for me to get a job earlier than anyone else. Saya pun tak tau on what reason, MLNG (petronas subsidiary that im going to work with) ambil saya bekerja, mungkin interview result, mungkin details in my CV, mungkin result saya, mungkin atas dasar just cekup je sesapa, nak kata network, my dad pon tak kenal anyone there, mungkin rupa paras (well, this happen in reality) I have no idea. BUT, I believe, this is what we call as rezeki. While for me, rezeki dan dugaan juga buat saya, Allah kurniakan saya kerja agak awal berbanding yg lain, di satu kawasan rural, at Bintulu Sarawak. Saya sangat bersyukur for what Allah dah aturkan. To all my colleagues who have been offered jobs, CONGRATULATIONS! To brissies, Farid, Wan and Huda, congrats! I also knew that Huda just received the offer letter today. We'll be very far apart, Huda. U'll be here, and I am in Bintulu. But, remember, we always in each others' heart. Ikatan hati yg akan dekatkan kita, insya Allah.
To Fazz, don't worry dear. I will always pray what's best for u, while meantime, gunakan masa utk mantapkan diri, dan settlekan problems family if ada.
To Aishah, dugaan akan menguatkan kita, insya Allah. :)
To Ili, Mynn & Najwa, I wish u all the best too! Doa banyak2, kalian dah usaha yg terbaik, pasti akan tiba masanya insya Allah.
I know, this kerja issue ni, mmg boleh memeningkan sometimes. Dahlah takda income, in fact, ada yang lagi pressure bila kena tanya, bila nak start kerja, dah keje dah? napa tak dapat lagi? etc. Cakap kat diorg semua yg bertanya, Sabarlah..
Sabar is the best word. Sabar akan membuahkan kita keimanan and pahala of course. Besides, akan menguatkan kita to face some other challenges. Jadi, bersabarlah..
To Brissies, esp Leen, Den, Mas, Itot, Shazlin, Fatin and of course Aiza n Dila, perjalanan hidup kita masih jauh. Jangan takut, jangan gentar, be strong and we in Malaysia always pray for all of you. Pray for us too ok?
Wishing all of you selamat berjuang, and lastly, wanna let u know that I miss Brissies, now and ex A LOT fillah. Salam rindu utk K.Asma and anak2.
Take care everyone.
